Costumes
Costume needs for your dancers are linked HERE.
Dancers must arrive at their call time in their required dance clothes with hair and makeup complete.
NO JEWELRY + NO NAIL POLISH: Leave jewelry at home so it does not get lost. Please cut all string bracelets.
Makeup: Because of the lighting, dancers should wear simple makeup: mascara, blush and a dark neutral lip color (not red).
Hair:
Hairstyles are linked HERE.
Students should have their hair VERY SLICK AND SECURE. Hairspray and Gel must be used to keep hair in place. Please make sure you have all of the necessary products to do their hair at home before you arrive. There is no time to do hair at the studio.
If your dancer wears a bun there are tutorials HERE to complete a neat bun. They are required to have a hairnet around their bun to keep it secure.
If your dancer wears a braided hairstyle, please wet their hair or use product in their hair before braiding so that there are no parts sticking out. The ponytail for the braid(s) needs to be very tight.
ALL HAIR ACCESSORIES (Bobby pins, clips, hair ties) NEED TO MATCH THE COLOR OF YOUR STUDENTS HAIR. Small clear elastics for the ends of braids are recommended.
